Where Nova is strong
A longer browser or research run is planned for the announced Nova Chat add-on, which is not in the current download. Clicks in that run would stay inside Nova’s own browser. Nova does not take over Gmail.
Where the other goes further
Energy is built to finish inbox and browser work while you are away. Nova leaves that mailbox with you.
