How do I paste text into the front app?

Objetivo

Put text into the front field without Nova sending the mail or the chat.

Antes de empezar

• AI access is set up.
• Accessibility is allowed. See Which macOS permissions does Nova need?

Pasos

1. Click the field in Notes, Mail, or another app, so the cursor is there.
2. Tell the avatar that the text should go into the front app.
3. The card is titled Insert text. The button is Insert. Dismiss leaves the field empty.
4. Insert puts the text at the cursor. Nova does not press Return and does not send anything.

Ejemplo

Click an empty field in Notes, say “Insert the sentence Good morning into the front app”, look at the card, then Dismiss.

Problemas frecuentes

• Without Accessibility the text stays on the clipboard. The message says so.
• If focus is still in Nova, the front field is not the target.
