Rocky

The notch is a choice in Rocky. You can show a menu bar icon, the notch, or the Dynamic Island, and drag the island onto the screen. Dictation, window layouts, and a clipboard history are part of it. Speech can stay on the Mac. Thinking uses your ChatGPT or Codex plan, or Rocky Cloud credits.

Where Nova is strong

Nova does not sit in the notch. Nova dictates into the field, points, and moves windows when you ask. You click. A local model is a choice. Recent copies stay in a window, and Nova can paste one back.

Where the other goes further

Rocky can also draw on the screen, walk through a task, and research in its own browser. Nova does not replace that.
