A bug or an idea

The easiest way is straight from Nova: Settings → Help & diagnostics → Feedback. Nova opens a draft email. If you want, Nova adds a diagnostic report, redacted and without keys. You read the draft and send it yourself.

Questions before you download

Many answers are in the guides and in the questions on the pricing page. If something is missing, just send an email.

Purchase, invoice, subscription

Purchase and payment go through Polar. To cancel a subscription, get an invoice or change how you pay, use the Polar customer portal. For licence questions, an email helps too.

Your data

Questions about your data go to the same address. What Nova does with data is in the privacy policy.

The postal address is in the legal notice.
